Accomplishments of the Sonoma Valley Economic Development Partnership to date include:
- One-on-one business advisory services provided to more than 100 local businesses through a partnership with the Small Business Development Center
- Expansion and promotion of the City's redevelopment loan programs for building rehabilitation, façade improvement, and energy efficiency
- Improvements to the downtown shopping environment, including business wayfinding signage, holiday wreaths, and year-round banners
- Launch of SonomaValley4Biz.com, a "one-stop shop" for new, relocating, and existing businesses
- Development of information packets for new businesses, a site location assistance tool, business attraction print materials, posters for vacant storefronts, and personal assistance to several new or prospective businesses each month
- Development of a Green Business Recognition program, a Green Hospitality linen card program, water conservation resource guide, and other business sustainability programs.
